Sudhanshu Dutt has over 21 years of experience in real estate development, investment, operations, asset management and IT development and marketing. In his current role of CEO, Elevate Homes, Sudhanshu is responsible for setting up the development management platform and growing the business. Prior to this appointment, Sudhanshu was Head – Operations, Pune & Mumbai at CapitaLand, India, where he was responsible for the overall P&L of the region, including overseeing all development projects and growing the business. He led cross functional teams and oversaw a portfolio of 10 Mn sf / SGD 1.5+ Bn office and data centre projects in different stages of the development life-cycle.

Before CapitaLand, Sudhanshu worked with Hines, India and was involved in commercial office development, divestment, investment and operation management roles. His last assignment at Hines included successfully closing out an USD 285 M JV transaction and leading the development of an USD 1.0+ Bn office project.

Sudhanshu holds a Management degree in Finance and Marketing from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Maryland, College Park, USA.

With over 25 years of experience in Architecture, Product Strategy, Design Management, and Project Management, Sonia brings an extensive track record of delivering large-scale real estate projects across various asset classes. Having collaborated with renowned design houses such as Hafeez Contractor, Gujral’s, Kothari’s, Edifice Architects, and leading developers like Vatika Limited and Godrej Group, Sonia is a seasoned leader in the Real Estate sector.

Sonia has spearheaded the Designing, Development, and Construction of diverse real estate projects across Residential, Commercial, Mixed-use, Institutional, and Infrastructure sectors. She drives Organizational Planning and Development to minimize overlaps, define accountability, and foster highly productive environments. As an overall development strategist, she aligns business goals to drive profitability, optimize costs, and reduce turnaround times. Collaborating with Design Architects, she has co-created marquee projects like Elevate Reserve, embodying the principles of ‘Design for Business.’ With a strong focus on stakeholder management, she ensures seamless project execution and successful outcomes. Additionally, she has established well-defined SOPs and ISO processes across departments through process management initiatives, contributing as a Thought Leader to Lessons Learnt exercises and knowledge-sharing practices.

Sonia has delivered approximately 50 million sq. ft. of real estate development, including ~30 million sq. ft. of Residential and ~20 million sq. ft. of Commercial and other typologies. Significant projects include Vatika City & Vatika Sovereign Park in the Residential category, and Godrej Golf Course Road Vatika Business Park in the Commercial category.

A dedicated advocate of mindfulness, Sonia enjoys meditation, reading, music, and traveling. Passionate about nurturing plants, she brings a touch of green into her daily life, creating a balanced lifestyle both professionally and personally.

Mukesh Kumar Gour is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, asset management, and operations across India and Japan. He has been associated with leading organizations such as Conscient, Bharti Realty, Medanta Hospital, Oberoi Hotels, and Japan’s Mitsubishi Electric Company. His expertise spans multiple locations in India and Kyoto, Japan.

As Construction Director at Elevate Homes, Mukesh oversees the successful delivery of residential and mixed-use projects. His extensive background includes managing projects from inception to handover across asset classes such as commercial buildings, BPOs, data centers, software development centers, and corporate offices.

Before joining Elevate Homes, he served as Chief of Projects at Bharti Realty, where he played a key role in completing multiple large-scale developments. Some of his notable past roles include:

• Development Manager for HQ-27, a commercial landmark in Gurgaon, Haryana.
• Lead for hotel renovation and operations at Oberoi Udaivilas, contributing to its recognition among the world’s best hotels.

Mukesh holds a Science degree and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Honors) from Dayalbagh University (AMIE-A). He has also earned a certification from the Japan Management Institute. Fluent in English and Japanese, he brings a global perspective to his work.

Romit Batra is a seasoned professional with 13 years of experience in financial operations, compliance, strategy, planning, and analysis, with a focus on driving sustainable growth and profitability. In his previous roles, particularly at Hines India Real Estate Private Limited, he was involved in managing day-to-day financial operations for various residential projects. His key responsibilities included overseeing financial planning, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, providing strategic insights to improve project performance and conducting detailed financial analysis and forecasting to guide decision-making. He has consistently contributed to optimizing financial processes and fostering growth, making significant strides in residential project management.

Nilesh has over 17 years of experience in Contracts & Procurement, Tendering, Costing & Budgeting in various organisations like M3M India, Godrej Properties, Shapoorji Pallonji, DB Realty etc. He’s worked on various high-rise iconic projects across the country namely Imperial Towers, Trump Towers, The Cullinan, DB Woods, Phoenix Palladium, Reliance Corporate Park etc. His notable portfolio includes contract management, negotiations, bidding, tender analysis and submissions, quantity survey, estimation, rate analysis, contract administration and dispute resolution, standard quantities and pre qualifications, achieving profitability. During his career, Nilesh has closed over INR 10,000 Crs of contracts. He is proficient in devising and executing result-oriented strategies for operations to achieve business targets. Working across varied sectors has given him immense exposure and a diverse skill set.

With over 14 years of experience in Human Resources, Ashish Verma has led HR functions across diverse industries, including real estate and hospitality. He has successfully managed organizations of large scale, overseeing HR operations for workforces of up to 1,000+ employees. His expertise spans across talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, and process optimization.

Having worked with leading organizations like Tata and DLF, Ashish has implemented HR strategies that drive business performance and workforce productivity. A Lean Six Sigma-certified professional, he brings a data-driven approach to HR operations, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement. His ability to align HR practices with business objectives has helped companies build high-performing teams and foster workplace cultures that support long-term success.

With over 15 years of experience in impactful marketing, Arjun Pershad has consistently delivered results that enhance brand visibility and profitability. His remarkable journey in the real estate industry is highlighted by his key role in shaping the success of the residential project Elevate. From conceptualization to launch, Arjun orchestrated the marketing strategy and brand identity, ensuring strategic visibility and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Arjun’s career began in sales, where he managed premier projects such as M3M Golf Estate and Merlin on Golf Course Extension Road, achieving an impressive revenue contribution of ₹50 crores for his organization. However, his expertise extends beyond marketing into advertising and sales – with 7 years in a creative agency, he honed his skills working on both local and international brands, gaining invaluable experience in crafting compelling campaigns. With over 22 years of experience, including 20 years in the real estate industry, Nitin is a seasoned Senior General Manager in Sales and Marketing. His expertise spans team building, sales strategy, negotiation, business planning, and market research. As a Postgraduate Diploma holder in Business Management with a specialization in Sales & Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad, he brings a strong academic foundation to his professional journey. During his tenure at Conscient, he played a pivotal role in driving sales for the Elevate project, ensuring maximum unit closures and fostering seamless collaboration across departments for exceptional pre and post-sales customer experiences. Throughout his career in residential real estate, he has consistently ranked among the top performers and has demonstrated his ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results. With over 14 years of expertise in customer relationship management and project execution, Umesh has successfully led key roles across Conscient Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., ATS Infrastructure, and Unitech Ltd. At Conscient Infrastructure, he managed front-end customer engagement processes, ensuring smooth agreement validation, possession documentation, and grievance resolution while meeting collection targets. He was instrumental in streamlining documentation like Allotment Letters, BBAs, and conveyance deeds within strict timelines and collaborated with internal teams and financial institutions for loan approvals and disbursements. His efforts in managing the “Conscient One” commercial project resulted in zero legal cases and earned him recognition as the “Top Performer” in 2022. At ATS Infrastructure, he oversaw revenue generation for premium residential projects, ensuring seamless client interaction and timely documentation while facilitating loan processes with banks. His tenure at Unitech Ltd. involved assisting clients with queries, managing broker payments, and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive follow-ups. Across all roles, he consistently demonstrated a results-driven approach, ensuring operational excellence and fostering long-term client satisfaction.

Manoj Dhiman is a highly versatile and accomplished Senior General Manager with 29 years of proven expertise in setting up and managing premium properties across residential, commercial, and retail sectors. He handled most premium buildings like One Horizon Center, Two Horizon Center, M3M IFC, DLF Aralias etc.

Manoj has the vast experience in managing projects, plannings, facilities services, fitouts, compliances, vendors, CAM and expanses, contracting and assets managements.

In his current role in Elevate Homes, Manoj is responsible to oversee HOTO Management, on site Property Management company, Club management, CAM & cost Management. He also monitors the escalated complaints of residents as well.

He is qualified Civil Engineer, and he also holds a nationally recognized Level 2 Award in Risk Assessment, COSHH, and Manual Handling from the British Safety Council.

Additionally, Manoj is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 45001, accredited by both the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) and the International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA).
